The Ohio State University invites all law schools and law-related exhibitors and organizations to participate in our annual Law Fair on Tuesday, October 6, 2026 from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm in the Ohio Union Archie M. Griffin Grand Ballroom. The Ohio Union is located at 1739 North High Street in Columbus, one block north of the Michael E. Moritz College of Law.
Registration fees and deadlines will be published May 18, 2026. Each school/exhibitor/non-profit that registers will be provided with a table including a black tablecloth and 1-2 chairs, a parking garage voucher, standard drayage costs for packages shipped in advance (arriving no earlier than October 1), and lunch.

Parking is available in the Parking Garage - Ohio Union South facility, located immediately north of the Ohio Union. When you check-in be sure to ask for a parking voucher to use when exiting the garage. You can use the interactive OSU Maps to search for building locations on campus as well as for directions to the Ohio Union, located at 1739 North High Street in Columbus.
If arriving by taxi or rideshare please instruct the driver to NOT drop you off on High Street (east side of the Ohio Union). Instead they should drop you off on 12th Avenue (south side of the Ohio Union immediately west of High Street). They can pull into the circular drive alongside the building to drop you off. This location can also be used for pickups following the law fair.
In addition to Ohio State's Blackwell Inn, located on the north side of campus less than one mile from the Ohio Union, visitors to Ohio State often choose to stay in one of two nearby districts:
- Short North Arts District (2-2.5 miles from the Ohio Union)
- University Hospitality District (2.5-3 miles from the Ohio Union)

The Ohio Union assesses a drayage charge that is covered by the registration fee for this event. Any packages received earlier than September 30 may be assessed additional charges. If that happens the Pre-Law Services Program Director will reach out to discuss the additional cost. All materials will be delivered to the Ohio Union the morning of the event and placed at your school's/company's table in the Grand Ballroom.
Do not ship anything "Next Day Guaranteed (by any time or any shipper)". Due to the sheer volume of deliveries to all of campus, our experience is that we may not receive it by the "guaranteed" time.
