Kari fosters student success by implementing proactive strategies that help students stay on track to fulfill their educational goals. She advises students on university policy and procedures, program and degree requirements, and related academic matters. Beginning Autumn 2025, Kari will also be the designated Pre-Law Advisor for history major students. History students interested in pursuing law related careers may email Kari at swygart.3@osu.edu to set up pre-law planning appointments to discuss the path to law school, admissions preparations, and law school exploration.
