The Ohio Union assesses a drayage charge that is covered by the registration fee for this event.  Any packages received earlier than September 28 may be assessed additional charges; if that happens the Pre-Law Coordinator will reach out to discuss the additional cost.  All materials will be delivered to the Ohio Union the morning of the event and placed at your school's/company's table in the Grand Ballroom.

We recommend not to ship anything "Next Day Guaranteed (by any time or any shipper)".  Due to the sheer volume of deliveries to all of campus, our experience is that we may not receive it by the "guaranteed" time.

For any additional shipping questions, please contact the Shipping and Receiving Manager, Adrienne Gladish, at 614-247-7467 or gladish.2@osu.edu

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, The Ohio State University has implemented the following protocols:

  • As of August 2, students, faculty, staff, and visitors to all Ohio State campuses and medical facilities are required to wear masks indoors, regardless of their vaccination status.  Masks continue to be required outdoors for unvaccinated individuals when they cannot maintain physical distancing.  Vaccinated people are not required to mask outdoors.
  • As of August 24, Ohio State is requiring every student, faculty and staff member to be vaccinated against COVID-19 with an FDA approved vaccine (October 15 is the deadline for the first dose, November 15 for the second dose).  As of September 1, 77% of all students, faculty, and staff have received at least one dose of a vaccine, a number that is expected to be significantly higher by October 5th due to the deadlines above.

Additional on-site precautions will be taken for the law fair such as increasing the spacing between tables.  In years past the law fair utilized approximately 2/3 of the available floor space.  In 2021, with law school registrations at approximately 80% of usual, we will be spacing out the event to fill the entire ballroom.  For comparison, at 17,389 square feet the Archie Griffin Ballroom is 480 sq ft bigger than the largest space at the Palmer House in Chicago (the Exhibit Hall)
