Ohio State is in the process of revising websites and program materials to accurately reflect compliance with the law. While this work occurs, language referencing protected class status or other activities prohibited by Ohio Senate Bill 1 may still appear in some places. However, all programs and activities are being administered in compliance with federal and state law.

Join tonight's Info Session for NeuroLaw!  Open to all Ohio State students, all majors.

"The NeuroLaw Group is an interdisciplinary club for undergraduates that explores the intersections of neuroscience in law, ethics, policy, and society, including but not limited to the legal implications of brain interventions (nano-biotechnologies, stem cells, drugs, surgeries), policy on criminal responsibility and mental capacity to stand trial, neuroscience in educational development, pertinent medical bioethics, and various emerging technologies, from self-driving cars to brain-computer interfacing devices. In addition to interesting discussions on the future of neuroscience and society, The NeuroLaw Group also invites speakers currently studying or working at this growing, exciting intersection. Please contact a member of the Executive Board to be added to the mailing list for information about meetings, or check on our organization website for updates."
